The project is comprised of two, 125,000-square foot, 3-story office buildings which serve as the corporate headquarters. Prestige provided all of the site concrete and pavers including architectural walls and sports court.

A six story, 142 residence project. Prestige provided all of the site concrete and pavers including decorative podium topping and cast in place walls over structural decking.

An 84 Unit Apartment project. Prestige provided all of the site concrete and pavers.

The modernization encompassed a new restroom building, entry trellis, trash enclosure, a new playground with new play equipment, new landscaping, a new synthetic turf field, and fencing all around the campus. Prestige provided all of the structural and site concrete.

Prestige performed various structural, site concrete, topping slabs, and concrete restoration services on the Vista Walk, Pool Deck, Cabanas, Meeting Rooms and Sun Deck.

A 4,000 square foot custom shop building surround by over 20,000 square feet of paving. Prestige performed all of the site concrete including decorative inlaid items such as a 48" circular saw blade at the center of the wagon wheel, hand seeded exposed aggregate bands and stamped and stained wood plank entry ways.
